This Lamp is UL listed.

THIS ITEM COMES PRE-ASSEMBLED.

1. Place the lamp on a smooth flat surface

2. Take the Socket (C）out of the teapot by pressing Butterfly clip(A)

3. Insert the provided LED light bulb(D) into the socket(C). Put the socket back on the

teapot base. DO NOT EXCEED THE SPECIFIED WATTAGE

4. Insert the plug to an outlet

5. Turn on the lamp using on/off turn switch located on the cord

This fixture has been rated up to one (1) 25-watt maximum Type B standard

incandescent (4-watt LED equivalent). This lamp is for INDOOR USE ONLY.
