This Lamp is UL listed.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION:

1. Place the resin base(C) on a smooth flat surface

2. Place the Shade(G) through the Nipple(B)

3. Screw the Ball Nut(E) onto the Nipple(B) until tight

4. Screw on the provided LED light bulb(F) into the socket(D).

DO NOT EXCEED THE SPECIFIED WATTAGE.

5. Insert the plug to an outlet

6. Turn lamp on by using the on/off switch located on the lamp cord.

This fixture has been rated up to one (1) 25-watt maximum Type B standard

incandescent (4-watt LED equivalent). This lamp is for INDOOR USE ONLY.
