Lava warranty certificate
Limitedwarranty:
LAVA international Ltd. (LAVA) provides limited
warranty for  your mobile phone and original accessories
deliveredwithyour  mobi lephone (hereinafterreferred toas 
“product” )
Thewar ranty  period for thetransceiver isone (1) year
and for batter y, charger and headset is six (6) months from
the
dateofpurchase.

Subject to the conditions of th is Limited Warranty,
LAVA warrants a produc t to be free from defects in design, 
material and workma nshi p at the time of its orig inal 
purchaseby you, andfora sub sequentperiodofone(1) year
for transceiverandsix(6)
monthsforbattery &charger.
You shall have no cove rage  or benefits under this
warranty in the event that any of  the following con ditions 
areappl icable:
‐ The product hasbee n subjectedto abnormal use or
conditions, improper sto rage,  exposure  to
1.excessivemoisture or dam pness, expo su re to 
excessive temperature, unauthorized
modification,
 unauthorized re pa i r  (i ncludi ng
but not limited to use of unauthorized spare
parts  in repairs),abuse , accidents, Acts of God,
spillsoffoodorliquids,improperinstallation
‐ You have not notified Lava of the defect in the
productduringtheapplicablewarrantyperio d.
‐ The product  serial no. code or the
accessories date
codehasbe enrem o ved, defacedoraltered.
‐ The product hasbeen used withor conne cted  to an
accessory (i) Not supplied by Lava or its
affiliates,(ii) Notfitfor  usewiththe productor
(iii)Usedotherwisethaninmanner intended.
‐ The seals of the produc t ’s
 batte ry  enclosure have
been broken or shown evidence of te mpe r in g
or the product’s battery has been used in 
equipment other than that for  which it  has
beenspecifiedusablebyLAVA.
‐ All plastic surfacesand all other externa ll y ex posed 
part that is scratched or damaged due to
normaluse.
