Registered Customer Refers to the regular customers who are bound to this garage.
Followed Customer Refers to the customers who followed your official account.
Note:
Followed customer only supports remote diagnosis request.
For registered customer
, it not only features remote diagnosis request, but also supports sending abnormal warnings or
messages of customer’s vehicle to the golo Cloud, which will be presented on the diagnostic devices associated with the
official account.
For scheduled customers
, tap the desired one to handle the remote request.
Tap the input field and use the on-screen keyboard to enter the text message, and then tap “Send” to send it; tap to
send the voice message; tap and then choose the “Remote Diagnosis” from the pop-up window to launch a remote
assistance.
