• Donotmixoldandnewbatteriesorbatteriesof
differenttypes:alkaline,standard(carbon-zinc)or
rechargeable(nickel-cadmium).
• Insertbatteriesasindicatedinsidethe
batterycompartment.
• Removebatteriesduringlongperiodsofnon-
use.Alwaysremoveexhaustedbatteriesfrom
theproduct.Disposeofbatteriessafely.Donot
disposeofthisproductinafire.Thebatteries
insidemayexplodeorleak.
• Nevershort-circuitthebatteryterminals.
• Useonlybatteriesofthesameorequivalent
type,asrecommended.
• Donotchargenon-rechargeablebatteries.
• Removerechargeablebatteriesfromtheproduct
