CONDICIONES DE GARANTÍA
1. La garana es válida únicamente si el fregadero (en ade-
lante, el “Producto”) es adquirido por una persona sica
(en adelante, el “Consumidor”) directamente de un vend-
edor autorizado del Distribuidor, para uso domésco,
exceptuando el uso comercial o profesional. La garana
es otorgada por el Distribuidor, exclusivamente, a favor
del Consumidor y no podrá ser trasferida a otras personas
ni revendida.
2. El Distribuidor otorga una garana de 10 años para el Pro-
ducto fabricado de Magranit®. El Distribuidor no otorga
garana para los accesorios (por ej. sifón, cesta, tabla de
corte). El período de garana se cuenta a parr de la fecha
de venta del Producto al Consumidor.
3. El Consumidor se compromete a leer y respetar las condi-
ciones de garana, las instrucciones de instalación, así co-
mo las normas de limpieza y mantenimiento del Producto.
4. El producto debe ser revisado antes de su instalación.
En el caso de cualquier defecto, no debe ser instalado
y los defectos deben ser reportados de acuerdo con las
normas establecidas en el punto 11 más abajo.
5. La instalación del Producto equivale a la aceptación de
su calidad y de sus valores estécos.
6. El Distribuidor no se responsabilizará de los daños del Pro-
ducto que resulten de los elementos de montaje ulizados
por el Consumidor, que elija por cuenta y riesgo propios.
7. La Garana incluye los defectos ocultos del Producto
surgidos durante su funcionamiento.
8. La pérdida de derechos y reclamaciones en virtud de la
garana la causarán:
– la instalación (montaje) incorrecta del Producto, no
conforme con las instrucciones,
– cualquier deterioro mecánico del Producto,
– los deterioros mecánicos del Producto producidos
durante el transporte,
– los defectos del Producto derivados del uso inapropiado,
– los deterioros causados por el uso inapropiado, no
conforme a las normas de limpieza y mantenimiento del
Producto,
– los defectos en los cuales el esquema de roturas del
Producto sugiera deterioros mecánicos.
9. La hoja de garana es válida solo en caso de que esté
provista/lleve:
– el sello del lugar de venta,
– la denominación y el índice del Producto,
WARRANTY CONDITIONS
1. The warranty applies only to a kitchen sink (hereinaer
the “Product”) purchased by a private individual (herein-
aer the “Consumer”), for domesc use only excluding
any commercial and professional use, directly from an
authorized Distributor retailer. The warranty is issued by
the Distributor exclusively to the Consumer and cannot
be transferred to others.
2. The Distributor grants a 10-year warranty for the Prod-
uct made of Magranit
®
. For the Product accessories
(such as trap, basket, cung board etc.) the Distribu-
tor does not grant a warranty. The warranty period is
counted from the date the Product was purchased by the
Customer.
3. The Customer is obliged to read and respect the warranty
condions, Installaon instrucon, as well as Product
cleaning and maintenance rules.
4. The Product should be checked prior to an installaon.
In case of nocing any defects, the Product should not
be installed and the damage should be reported accord-
ing to the rules described in the paragraph no 11 below.
5. An installaon of the Product is unequivocal with the
acceptance of the quality and aesthecs values of the
Product.
6. The Distributor is not liable for damage of the Product
caused by any mounng hardware that the Customer
uses at its own risk and responsibility.
7. The warranty covers hidden defects of the Product,
which emerged during use.
8. The loss of rights and warranty claims is caused by:
– contrary to the instrucon or improper installaon of
the Product,
– any mechanical damage of the Product,
– mechanical damage of the Product caused by the
shipping,
– defects caused by the misuse of the Product,
– the failure to comply with the Product cleaning and
maintenance rules,
– defects of the Product which scheme of cracks sug-
gests a mechanical damage.
9. The warranty card is valid only if it bears :
– stamp/seal of the seller,
– name and index of the Product,
– date of the sale,
– signature of the seller,
