Assembly Preparation Before Beginning Assembly: Assembly Steps Overview This Chair has multiple parts and may require up to 30 minutes to assemble. To give you an overview of the Chair parts, the above picture is provided to help you put the various parts into perspective. Please read through the instructions below to familiarise yourself with the parts and steps before assembly.
Step 1 A. LEFT CHAIR LEG B. RIGHT CHAIR LEG C. FRONT STRETCHER D. REAR STRETCHER E. SUPPORT F. BACK CUSHION G. SEAT CUSHION 7. Plastic Plug Place the Left Chair Leg(A), Right Chair Leg(B), Front Stretcher(C), Rear Stretcher(D), Support(E), Back Cushion(F), Seat Cushion(G) and the Plastic Plugs⑦ onto a clean, non-marring surface. Step 2 Place the Back Cushion(F) in between the Left Chair Leg(A) and the Right Chair Leg(B) as shown in picture.
Step 3 Place the Chair upright to insert the Support(E), the Front Stretcher(C) and the Rear Stretcher(D) as shown. Attach the Front Stretcher(C) to the Right Chair Leg(B) with Bolts(①) and Spring Washers(④), using the Allen Key(⑤) as shown above. Note: You may need to apply a little pressure to the Chair Leg in order for the Support(E), the Front Stretcher(C) and the Rear Stretcher to be slotted into position. Please ensure that the drill holes of the Support(E) are towards the ground.
Step 5 Attach the Cushion Seat(G) to the Front Stretcher(C) and the Rear Stretcher(D) with Screws (②), using a Screwdriver(⑥) as shown above. Step 6 Place the Chair on a Level Surface to check if it wobbles. If it wobbles, lift the Chair some 30cm to 50cm from the ground, keeping your feet and toes well away from the drop zone, drop the Chair freely and vertically with the four legs hitting the ground at the same time. This Drop Test will help to ensure that all parts and gaps reach full alignment.
Step 7 Install the Plastic Plugs(⑦) to both Chair Legs. Your Chair is ready for use. This Chair can only be used on a flat, level surface.
