SAFETY INFORMATION DANGER DANGER EXPLOSION – FIRE HAZARD Keep solid combustibles, such as building materials, paper, or cardboard a safe distance away from the fire pit as recommended by the instructions. Provide adequate clearances around air openings into combustion chamber. Never use the fire pit in spaces which do or may contain volatile or airborne combustibles, or products such as gasoline, solvents, paint thinner, dust particles or unknown chemicals.

WARNING BURN HAZARD Never leave fire pit unattended while hot or in use. Keep out of reach of children. This product is fueled by propane gas. Propane gas is invisible, odorless, and flammable.
OPERATION CHECKLIST Operation Checklist For a safe and pleasurable heating experience, perform this check before each use. Before Operating: 1. I am familiar with entire owner’s manual and understand all precautions noted. 2. All components are properly assembled, intact and operable. 3. No alterations have been made. 4. All gas connections are secure and do not leak. 5. Wind velocity is below 10 mph. 6. Unit will operate at reduced efficiency below 40°F/4.44°C. 7.
ASSEMBLY 1. Align the back panel (C) to the left side panel (E). Then attach by placing a M6 x 20 bolt (AA) through a M6 washer (BB), put the bolt and washer through the aligned bolt slots and loosely tighten with allen wrench (HH). (You will use two bolts and two washers for this step.) Be sure not to over tighten - you may need to adjust the panels later on to ensure proper alignment. E 2. Align the door panel (H) to the right side panel (F).
ASSEMBLY 4. Attach two propane tank straps (FF) to the bottom plate (G) in two cross corners as shown. FF G FF 5. Rotate the door knob to unlock; open the door on the door panel (H). Place the bottom plate (G) into the front of the panel assembly as shown. Secure the bottom plate (G) to the panels by using four M6 x 30 bolts (CC). Tighten with wrench (II). G 6. Remove the preassembled screws and washers from the corners of the burner assembly (B).
ASSEMBLY 7. Attach the table top (D) to the panel construction by aligning the holes at the bottom of the table top (D) to the holes in the top of the panel construction and securing with four M8 x 16 bolts (DD) and four M8 washers (EE); tighten with wrench (II). Be sure to position the control panel to be over the door panel (H). D adjusting and tightening to ensure the structure is sturdy. 8.
ASSEMBLY 10. Place a 20 lb. propane gas tank (not included) into the round stand on bottom plate (G). Insert one propane tank strap (F) through the handle holes on the collar of the 20 lb. propane gas tank. Connect with the other propane tank strap (F) by attaching the buckles together. Tighten to secure. G F 11. Turn the cylinder valve on the tank clockwise to close the propane tank.
ASSEMBLY A dented, rusted or damaged propane cylinder may be hazardous and should be checked by your cylinder supplier. Never use a propane cylinder with a damaged valve connection. The propane cylinder must be constructed and marked in accordance with the specifications for LP gas cylinders of the U.S. Department of Transportation(DOT) or the standard for cylinders, spheres and tubes for transportation of dangerous goods and commission, CAN/CSA-B339.
OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS Leak Test WARNING Perform all tests outdoors. Extinguish all open flames. NEVER leak test when smoking. Do not use the fire pit until all connections have been leak tested and do not leak. Hose/Regulator Connection Regulator/Cylinder Connection 1. OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS DANGER WARNING CARBON MONOXIDE HAZARD VERY HOT WHILE IN OPERATION For outdoor use only. Never us inside house, or other unventilated or enclosed areas. This fire pit consumes air (oxygen). Do not use in an unventilated or enclosed areas to avoid endangering your life. Never lean over the fire pit while in use. Do not touch surfaces while the fire pit is in operation. Wait until the fire pit has completely cooled down after use.
OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS WARNING FOR YOUR SAFETY Be careful when attempting to manually ignite this fire pit. Holding in the control knob for more than 10 seconds before igniting the gas will cause a ball of flame upon ignition. When fire pit is ON: Burner will display tongues of blue and yellow flame. These flames should not be yellow or produce thick black smoke, which would indicate an obstruction of airflow through the burner. The flame should be blue with straight yellow tops.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE Gas odor with extreme yellow tipping of flame. Fire pit does NOT reach the desired temperature. Fire pit glow is excessively uneven. Fire pit makes popping noises. Spiders and insects can nest in burner or orifices. This dangerous condition can damage fire pit and render it unsafe for use. Clean burner holes by using a heavy-duty pipe cleaner. Compressed air may help clear away smaller particles. Carbon deposits may create a fire hazard.
