WALL INSTALLATION GUIDE
All electrical connections and the installation of this fixture must be in agreement with local codes,
ordinances or the NEC (National Electric Code) or CEC (Canadian Electrical Code).
Do not connect this fixture to an electrical system that does not provide a means for equipment grounding.
CAUTION: Read instructions carefully before installing Fitter.

NOTE:
Shade is for instructional
purposes. Actual Shade
may vary in size and shape.
1. Disconnect power to outlet box at main electric box.
2. Fasten the mounting bracket (A) to the outlet box using the screws provided (B).
3. Turn the two Threaded Posts (C) into the inner holes of the Mounting Bracket (C). Rotate the Mounting Bracket so
the posts are oriented as shown.
4. Attach the Ground Wire to the Green Ground Wire on the fixture with WIre nut (I).
5. Hold the Fixture (E) close to the outlet box and connect the Fixture Wires to the House Wires with Wire nuts (D):
Black to Black and White to White. Carefully push the wires and wire nuts back into the outlet box.
6. Place the Fixture against the wall over the outlet box so that the Threaded Nipple protrudes through the hole on
Fixture. Place the Cap Nuts (F) onto the Threaded Nipple and tighten securely.
7. Partially install the 3 Hex Set Screws (H) into the fixture.
8. IMPORTANT: IN ORDER TO COMPLY WITH ESTABLISHED ELECTRICAL CODE, THE INSTALLER MUST SEAL
THE AREA AROUND THE FIXTURE AND THE WALL WITH A TYPE OF CAULKING COMPOUND SUCH AS
SILICONE RUBBER TO PROVIDE A WATERTIGHT SEAL IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DIFFERING SURFACE
TEXTURES OF THE WALL.
9. With the power will off, insert lamp.
10. Install Shade by placing onto the previously installed Fixture (E):
For Wireform Shades: Use Short Hex Set Screws and align Hex Set Screws with Metal Frame of the Wireform
Shade and do not align the holes. Using Allen Wrench provided, tighten the three Hex Set Screws to the Metal
Frame of the Wireform Shade.
For Glass Shade: Use Long Hex Set Screws and align Set Screws with Holes in Glass Shade. Tighten, with Hand
or Allen Wrench provided, the three Hex Set Screws.
11. Restore power.
For Glass Shade Align
the Holes to the Set Screws.
IMPORTANT: Holes on the
Wireform are NOT for use
with Set Screws. Do not
align Holes with the Set
Screws.
