Assembly Instructions

1. Carefully unpack and lay out the parts as shown
in illustration.
2. Screw the pole (B),(C),and socket section (D)
onto the base (A) tightly in turn.
4. Attach reading lamp shade (G), washer (H) to
socket section (D) in turn and tighten it by ring (I),
then adjust the reading lamp to a suitable location.
Your lamp now is ready to enjoy
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
THIS PORTABLE LAMP HAS A POLARIZED PLUG (ONE BLADE IS WIDER THAN THE OTHER)
AS A SAFETY FEATURE TO REDUCE THE RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK. THIS PLUG WILL FIT
IN A POLARIZED OUTLET ONLY ONE WAY. IF IT DOES NOT FIT FULLY IN THE OUTLET,

Use 1*100 Wattage (Maximum) and
1*60 Wattage (Maximum)
type A bulbs (bulbs not included)
3. Place the torchiere shade (E) onto socket section (D)
and tighten it by socket ring (F).
