The Model 800P Time Clock provides

library-quiet printing of employees’ in

and out times, along with the day-

of-week for each transaction. While

the default print settings are suitable

for most workplaces, administrators

can set preferences for printing 12-hr

time with AM/PM indicator, or 24-hr

(military) time; Minutes can be printed

in hundredths of an hour to simplify

tallies; Day-of-week can be printed in

English, Spanish or French. The 800P

can automatically adjust for Daylight

Savings Time, and maintains its date,

time and user preferences during

power failures.

Allowing single-handed operation, Lathem’s Tru-Align

™

feature provides visual and audio direction, automati-

cally triggers an imprint when a Time Card is properly

inserted, and ensures that the imprint only occurs within

the boundaries of the Time Card’s print cell. Tru-Align

eliminates partial over-printing in adjacent cells that can

make print unreadable.

Administrators never need to open the “steel tough”

enclosure, as the 800P’s printer is clean and maintenance-

free, with no ink pad to fill or ribbon to replace. The 800P

is compatible with Lathem E8 time cards.
