Slope mode
To lay out slopes, the Out-Off-Level function
must remain shut off.
– Turn the transport lock (G) in the arrow‘s
„Lock”
direction to its limit. Now the tilt
function is inactive and the unit cannot align
itself automatically.
– Press the On/Off button (A). The prism head
will begin to rotate.
– The speed of rotation can be changed with
the selector button (B), H = 600 RPM,
M = 400 RPM, L = 200 RPM.
– Adjust the unit to the desired angle. Slope angle
can be set precisely and quickly with the aid of
the optional angle plate, Art. No.: 080.75. Its
use is simplified in combination with a crank
tripod, e.g. Art. No.: 080.30.
Horizontal levelling cannot be accomplished
in slope mode because the unit cannot
automatically level itself. Refer also to
„Horizontal use of AquaPro“ about this.
