Warranty Against Defects
Laser Cor por at i on Pt y Lt d (“ Laser ” ) war r ant s your new pr oduct t o be f r ee f r om def ect s i n mat er i al s
and workmanship for 12 months, from the date of purchase, provided that the product is used in
accordance wi t h accompanying recommendations or instructions where provided. The benefit of
this warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and to other rights
and remedies of t he consumer under a law in relation to the goods or services to which the
warranty relates.

repair or exchange (where possible) for t his product if it becomes defective within t he warrant y
period. This warranty will no longer apply where the defect is a result of alt eration, accident,
misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear, neglect or improper storage.

How t o make a product war rant y claim:
St e p 1: Fi n d y ou r r ecei p t w h i ch p r o ve s t h e dat e o f pu r c hase . Where t he date of purchase cannot
be verified, your place of purchase or Laser will make an assessment based on t he date of
manufacture, the condition of the Laser Product and the type of defect.
St e p 2a): Co n t a c t y o u r p l a c e of purchase. They will assess t he nat ur e of t he faul t and refund or
replace the product as per their store refund or warranty policy.

St e p 3: Laser w i l l i ssue you w i t h a Ret ur n Aut hor i sat i on (RA) number w i t hi n 48 hours. When
requested, send us the defective Product and a copy of your receipt. Laser will cover the cost of
the return delivery.
St e p 4: Wait for us to cont act you. Once we have received your defective Laser Pr o du ct for
inspection, we will inform you of our assessment of your claim within 7 days. When we contact you,
we will firstly let you know whether you have a valid claim under this Warranty, and if so, we wi ll
inform you whether your defective Laser Product will be replaced or repaired, together with the
number of days you can expect to wait to receive your replaced or repaired Laser Pr o du ct .
Our goods come w i t h guar ant ees t hat cannot be excluded under the Aust ralian Consumer Law.
Yo u ar e e n t i t l e d t o a r e p l a c e m e n t o r r e f u n d f o r a m a j o r f a i l u r e a n d c o m p e n s a t i o n f o r an y o t h e r
reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or
replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major
failure.
