• Pairing is done via Bluetooth. Make sure
the device you are connected to has
their Bluetooth function enabled.
• Take both earbuds out of the charging
case and place them next to the device
they are being connected to.
• Wait approx. 1-2 minutes for your
device’s Bluetooth list to update then
search for and select EPS-KTWSGO.
• Make sure the earbuds have not already
been paired to another device. Follow the
disconnecting instructions outlined in this
manual for disconnecting the earbuds.
