FAQ
In order to prolong the ser vi ce l i f e of your pl ayer, it is recommended to wait at least
30 seconds before you turn it on again af t er swi t chi ng i t off. Re m o v e d isc and t ur n
power off after operat ion. So m e f u n c t i ons of the player may not be applicable t o
cert ain discs.
So m e d i sc s w i t h special f eat ures may not be fully supported by the player. This is not
a malfunct ion of the unit. In case of player malfunction, please t ur n i t off, wait for 30
seconds and t urn it back on.
Use t he 2 chart s below to resolve general operational problems. If there are any
problems that you cannot resolve, please contact Laser technical Support

Pl ease
make

that
the
AC
outlet
has
electricit y.
Insert the AC power line firmly. Pr ess the Pow er key on
the front panel to turn on the player.
Image is frozen and
operation is invalid
Cu t
off
the
power
suppl y
and
connect
again,
and
then
press the Po w er key on the remote cont rol to restart
the
player.
Aut o st andby
The
default
set t i ng
of
the
player:
in
st opped
st at e,
if
there is no operation in 5 minutes, the player enables
scr een saver aut omat ically; if there is no operation in 10
minutes in scr een saver , the player enters st andby
automat ically. You can press the Pow er key on the
remote control to restart the player, or sel ect “OFF” in
“Main menu – Gener al – Sy st e m – Sc r e e n saver ” .
Re m o t e control can’t
work normally
The
remote
control
isn’t
aimed
at
the
receiver.
Pl e ase
aim the remote cont rol at the receiver on the front
panel.
Ther e is obstacle between the remote cont rol and the
player.
Pl ease remove it.
Bat t er y is too low. Pl e ase replace with new batteries.
Pl ease refer to the instruction of “Using remote
cont rol” .
Can ’ t play discs
Pl ease

that
the
label of
the
disc
is upwards.
If
the disc is dirty, please clean first.
The disc is empty or can’t be played. Pl ease check
whether
the
ar ea
code
of
the
disc
matches
the
player.
