CUTTING INSTRUCTIONS

The B-Top Guide should be trimmed to match the same measurement as

the width of the door opening. The B-Top Guide also comes with optional

adjustable F-Plastic Top Guide End Caps. The pieces are elective parts yet

they can be useful for covering rough or inexact cuts or to aesthetically cover

any gap if the B-Top Guide protrudes beyond the door frame. If you decide

to use these adjustable Top Guide End Caps you will need to deduct 3/16”

(6mm) from the size of the opening width.

I N S P I R E i nstallat i on i nstr u ct i ons INSTALLATION 3.1 3 PA G E 3 ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION 3.1 : Using pliers, gently crimp the ends of the weather strip channels on B-Top Guide so that the weather strips stay in place. 3.2 : Drill pilot holes and attach the B-Top Guide to the door frame using two (2) I-#8 x 3/4”(19mm). Space screws 6”(150mm) from either end.

I I N S P I R E i nstallat i on i nstr u ct i ons I A 3/8’’ Vertical Channel H Gb Ga Ga H PA G E 4 4 H Gb H Center Handle 37’’ from Bottom of Pull Bar E INSTALLING HANDLES (optional) The screen comes with two metal G-Handles that can be positioned and installed on the pull bar of the A-Screen Cassette. Locate the 3/8” wide vertical slot down the center of the A-Screen Cassette Pull Bar. Measure up 37” from the bottom of the A-Screen Cassette and center the G-Handle at that mark.

Follow step 1 and 2.1, 2.2 and 2.3 (2.4 does not apply). Be certain to add additional screws when installing the B-Top Guide Rail. Note that in step 2.
