THIS FIXTURE SHOULD BE INSTALLED BY QUALIFIED TECHNICIANS IN STRICT ACCORDANCE
WITH THE NATIONAL ELECTRICAL CODE AND ANY LOCAL REQUIRMENTS.
INSTALLATION
1. Install fixture to the mounting surface at the two 3/8 inch mounting whole locations.
Position fixture and tighten the four positioning bolts
2. Supply connections to be three conductors, #14, type cable rated Min. 90°C
3. A cable connector must be installed into threaded opening, slide wire into cable
connector far enough to make internal wire cap connection
4. Connect internal wires per wiring diagram on the ballast, according to NEC
requirements.
5. Install reflector and lamps
6. Close fixture, tighten latches
7. When replacing ballast, use only Class P type ballast
