5 inch diameter magnetic base with 200 pounds of magnetic grip. Base swivels 360 degrees and tilts 140 degrees via tension hinge.
Magnetic base screws into tripod mount on handle base of many spotlights. 3/8-16 X 3/4 inch stud compatibility. This magnetic base can
be screwed on in the field without the use of any tools. This magnetic base is heavy enough that it can hold the spotlight at any angle on a
flat surface, even if the surface does not attract a magnetic charge. In other words, this magnetic base can hold a spotlight at any angle on
just a regular table, etc.
The 3/8-16 stud is compatible with the Larson Electronics HL-85 and RL-85 series of spotlights. This magnetic base can be screwed on in
the field without the use of any tools.
The 1/4-20 stud is compatible with all cameras, binoculars and most photography and video related devices. The 1/4-20 stud is the
standard mounting solution for all small electronics. Thus, this base can be used with almost any camera, video camera, GPS system,
binoculars, monoculars, etc.
