Table 8 Contact Charging Device Features

The HFC is charged by placing it in
the Contact Charging Device.
The retainer guard on the back
side of the CCD secures the HFC
while charging.
The HFC battery begins charging
when the HFC makes contact with
the two charging pins on the top
side of the CCD.

The bottom side of the Contact Charging Device has 6 anti-slip
rubber feet to ensure it sits securely on a flat surface positioned in
the non-sterile area of the imaging environment.

The CCD can be cleaned and disinfected with Intermediate Level Disinfection wipes in accordance with
