3.3 Federal Communication Interference Statement
We MolecuLight Inc, 425 University Ave, suite 700, Toronto M5G 1T6, Ont, Canada, 647 362 4684, declare under our
sole responsibility that the handheld device indicated for standard digital imaging and fluorescence imaging complies
with Part 15 Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful
interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause
undesired operation.
This product does not contain any user serviceable components. Any unauthorized product changes or modifications
will invalidate warranty and all applicable regulatory certification and approvals, including authority to operate this
device.
WARNING: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant
to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference
in a residential installation. This equipment generates and radiates radio frequency energy and, if not installed and
