Quick Start
14.1 With an existing patient and wound
1. On the Login screen, enter user ID and password, then tap LOGIN.
2. On the Patient Directory screen, tap to select a patient.
3. On the View Patient screen, tap to select a wound.
4. On the Wound screen, tap Add to add an image.
5. Tap CAPTURE to capture an image—image is added to wound.
6. Tap Back to return to previous screens and/or to select a different patient.
14.2 With no patient or wound
1. On the Login screen, enter user ID and password, then tap LOGIN.
2. On the Patient Directory screen, tap Add to add a new patient.
3. On the Add Patient screen, enter required patient information.
4. Tap Yes for Consent, then select ‘Clinical assessment and treatment’ (at a minimum).
5. Tap the ‘x’ close button on the Consent screen.
6. Tap SAVE.
7. On the Patient Directory screen, tap to select a patient.
8. On the View Patient screen, tap Add to add a wound.
9. On the Add Wound screen, enter required wound information.
10. Tap SAVE.
11. On the View Patient screen, tap to select a wound thumbnail.
12. On the Wound screen, tap Add to add an image.
13. Tap CAPTURE to capture an image—image is added to wound.
14. Tap Back to return to previous screens and/or to select a different patient.
