3. The Login screen is displayed.
Patient Directory screen
The Patient Directory screen is the first screen you see after logging in. If the patient you are looking for is not
already on the device, you must add a patient.

Patient Directory list. All patients will be listed in this directory list. Patients are
added to the bottom of the list as they are added.

Add icon. Tap Add to add a patient. See Adding a Patient.

More icon. Tap More to display a menu. The only option in the menu on the
Patient Directory screen is Logout.

Filter icon. Tap Filter to display a menu. The menu options will allow you to
filter the patients in the list by either active or inactive, see Filtering the Patient
Directory and Editing Patient (View Patient screen).

Search icon. Tap Search to display a search bar. See Searching the Patient
Directory.
9.1 Adding a Patient
The first screen displayed after logging in, is the Patient Directory screen.
NOTE: When adding a patient, only fields on the Add Patient screen marked with a red asterisk are required to
save a patient.
