a. off: device is OFF

b. blink green: transitioning from OFF to ON

c. green: ON or STANDBY state (all hardware operating parameters are normal)

d. amber: ON or STANDBY (hardware operating parameters are outside of normal range, device

needs service)

e. red: OFF (hardware operating parameter(s) are out of normal range, critical error, device will not

power up, device needs servicing)

1. Tap the User ID or Email field. A keyboard will be displayed.

2. Type your user ID or email.

3. Tap the Password field.

4. Type your password.

5. Tap LOGIN.

6. The Patient Directory screen will be displayed.

Logout

1. From any screen, tap More.

2. Tap Logout.
