Incident Reporting
eSight is a medical device, and it is subject to additional monitoring.
Report any safety incident related to the device to eSight Corporation
and the medical authority regulating medical devices in your country.
An incident means an event where the device directly or indirectly led,
might have led, or might lead to a person’s death, injury, or temporary
or permanent deterioration in health.
