This function is used to backup and to restore the EAP100 settings. The EAP100 can also be restored to the factory
default s ettings using this function. It can be used to duplicate settings to other access points (backup settings of this
system and then restore on another AP).
Reset to Defa ult: Click Reset to load the factory default settings of EAP100. Then, reboot the system to let the
default settings take effect.
Backup Settings: Click Save to save the current sys tem configurations to a backup file on a local disk. It is
recommended to make a backup before any configuration changes are made.
Restore Settings: Click Brows e to se lect a con figuration file to restore, and then, press Upload to proceed.
The configuration file will replace the active configuration file currently running on the s ys tem. Reboot the
system to let the parameter changes take effect.
After network parameters have been reset/restored, the network settings of the administrator PC may need
to be changed to ensure that the IP address of the administrator PC is on the same subnet mask as
EAP100.
