need to keep the default setting (without any change) to directly start/restart the
system.
During the process of starting the system, the system with DHCP function will
automatically assign an appropriate IP address (and related information) to each
PC.
For the Windows operating systems other than those for servers, the default
setting of the TCP/IP will treat the PC as the DHCP client, and such function is
called “obtain an IP address automatically”.

the TCP/IP setup, please refer to Appendix - Windows TCP/IP Setup.
