Loading envelopes into the Envelope
Feeder Unit
Important
❒ With the optional Envelope Feeder
Unit, you can load up to 60 enve-
lopes at the same time. For more
information about envelopes, see
p.33 “Types of Paper and Other
Media”.

Slide the optional Paper Feed
Unit (Tray 2) out until it stops.
Next, lift it slightly, then slide it
out.
Note
❒ Keep the paper tray with paper
in a cool and dry place.

Prepare the Envelope Feeder
Unit.

While pinching the side guides,
slide them outward until they
stop. While pinching the rear
guide, slide it toward the back.
