Programs
You can store frequently used copy job settings in machine memory and recall
them for future use.
Limitation

You cannot store the settings whether the Connect Copy function will be se-
lected automatically in a program.

You can store up to 25 programs.
❒
You can select the standard mode or program No. 25 as the mode to be set
when modes are cleared or reset is made, or immediately after the operation
switch is turned on.

If you store more than one paper tray of a same size, same orientation, the pa-
per tray prioritized with the program is selected first.

Programs are not cleared by turning the power off or by pressing the
{
Clear
Modes
}
key. They are canceled only when you delete or overwrite them with
another program.

This function can be used for scanning in copy and document server mode.
❒
If your program contains settings that are not available in Connect Copy
mode, the will be ignored.
❒
If your program contains settings that are not available on sub-unit, they are
ignored.
Storing a Program
A Edit the copy settings so that all functions you want to store in this program
are selected.
