Mailbox TX
This operation is normally used to send confidential messages. Mailbox TX allows the
sender the ability to send a fax message to a remote machine to be stored in memory. Only
the user with the correct password can print the document. This function works only with
a compatible fax machine that is set up for Mailbox reception. You need to enter the
correct Mailbox PW for successful transmission.
Procedure

Select the Original Type, Resolution if necessary
and place your document in the Document Feeder
face down.

Press the FUNCTION Key and press 3 to select the
Mailbox TX menu.

The following message appears briefly to confirm
your selection.

Enter the Mailbox PW (0-9) and press YES.

Enter the destination fax number and press START
to begin transmitting.
