HAN Tab
The HAN (Home Area Network) tab makes use of ZigBee protocols to enable home user interaction
with power managing and monitoring devices. When connected to a compatible endpoint, Endpoint
Testing Manager accesses the following ZigBee functions:
Access and display ZigBee network information
Enable registration into an active Home Area Network
Remove an active Home Area Network
Additional associated functions and data are available on this screen, including displays for Zigbee
Network Channel and HAN ID. A data field on this screen displays the HAN Device List. Near this
data field are buttons to Get Device Details and Delete HAN Device.
Sub-tabs on the HAN tab provide options for the user to check Device Provisioning, supervise Load
Control, view Event History, manage Messaging, coordinate Troubleshooting, and run a FAT Test.
The MAC Address of the HAN (Home Area Network) module is displayed on the HAN tab, along
with a button immediately adjoining the display that provides a means to Get Device Details.
