During GPR enclosure cover installation.
Between the GPR and meter brackets and meter.
6. Install front and rear index cover tamper seals.
7. Coil the excess cable. Route it behind the index cover and dress it beneath the GPR bracket.

8. Secure the cable to the bracket immediately below the GPR housing with a black nylon zip tie as
shown in Figure 14 - 6.
