Rockwell Mini Switch Kit
Installation
Meter Preparation
1. Inspect the index and replace it if any of the following conditions exists:
• Pointers are loose on their shafts.
• Index face contains cracked or peeling enamel.
• Index drive mechanism does not rotate easily.
NOTE: The GPR module gets readings from a pulse wheel mounted on the vertical drive shaft
behind the index. The cover is installed on the meter with the sensor in the cover positioned on the
BACK side of the index.

1. Insert one screw into the notched pulse wheel half.
2. If the dial wheel halves have alignment slots, position them so that the slots on each half are
aligned. Turn the screw until it begins to thread into the threaded bottom wheel half as shown in
the following figures.
