HEATER CONTROLS
NOTE: For vehiclesfitted with an air
conditioning system,the heater controls are
described on a later page (see ’Air
conditioning’).
1. Temperature control
Move the lever downwards (towards the
RED segment) to increase air temperature,
or upwards (towards the BLUE segment)
to reduce air temperature.
2. Air distribution control
• Lever fully up - windscreen vents only.
• Lever midway - foot level and windscreen
vents.
• Lever fully down - foot level vents (also
provides some air to the windscreen).
3. Fan speed control
• Lever at position ’0’ - no air will enter the
vehicle through the blower vents.
• Lever between positions ’0’ and’1’ -
progressively more air will enter the
vehicle, depending solely on the ram effect
of the vehicle moving through the air.
• Lever between positions ’1’ and ’2’ - the
fan will operate and progressively increase
in speed.
