We recommended that only children over the age of 5 use and operate this chair

due to the nature of the rolling casters and adjustable lift.

- For use with children that can safely touch the ground with feet in the lowest

seat position of 16"

- Use caster locks when possible to prevent slipping

- Never allow children to play on or around chair

- Adult assistance may be needed with adjustable lift

- Never adjust lift when not sitting in chair

- Keep all casters on the ground at all times
