To set the contact description of the switch.
왏 Argument:
<contact>:string length up to 40 characters.
왏 Possible value:
<contact>: A, b, c, d, ... ,z and 1, 2, 3, …. etc.
왏 Example:
ES-2126+(system)# set contact Taipei
