LANCOM Advanced VoIP Client
LANCOM Advanced VoIP Client in Detail
햶 Click in the drop-down list on "Outgoing calls" on the number or the SIP
account you would like to use for calls from this line.
This number
will usually be shown to the subscriber called and
can be used for invoicing.
If you choose the option "Automatic", the most suitable SIP account is always
used.
If you only have one number, this number will automatically be used for
outgoing calls on this line.
Define here whether the number should always be suppressed for outgoing
calls.
햷 If this line should be temporarily busy (disabled) after every call, activate the
option “Disable line after call”.
Define the time period for which this line should be disabled after a call (default
value: 100 seconds).
햸 Click on “OK”.
The number of Line buttons is defined in the User Profile. There you can
configure all Line buttons at once (see chapter 8.4.5,
Line
Buttons
, page 133).
7.4.9 Disabling Lines (Wrap-up Time)
You can specifically block a line for further incoming calls, for example, in
order to have enough time to process a customer inquiry after a call from a
customer.Your LANCOM Advanced VoIP Client is then busy for further
incoming calls. If you would always like to have a wrap-up time configured
for a line, you must define this when configuring the line.
