Outgoing Call (Call Waiting) – call waiting is signaled at the
subscriber
Outgoing Call (Busy) - you hear the busy signal

Explanation
Cancel Call
The line is once again free (inactive).
Call Transfer
The call will be forwarded to the line on hold (Connect without Inquiry).
Transfer to
Transfers the currently active line to one of the lines on hold. This option is
only available if at least one line is on hold.
Show
Contact
You can show an Outlook Contact or create a new one for the current call.
Journal
entries
You can create a journal entry in Outlook for the current call.
Help
Calling Online Help.
Properties
