7.3 The LANCOM Advanced VoIP Client Toolbar
As well as being able to reach important functions through the menu
structure, you can also call certain functions conveniently from the toolbar.
Below is an overview of the functions in the toolbar of the default skin,
LANCOMclassicXT. You also have the option of creating more buttons
yourself with the Skin Editor.

Function Explanation
Reregister SIP
Accounts
Renewed logon to your SIP accounts. This allows you
to start a renewed logon attempt, for example after a
logon error. For further information please refer to
chapter 3.1,
Start, logon and logoff , page 15.
Import
Phonebook
Importing a comma-separated file (CSV) with phone-
book entries. The import file is checked for faulty
entries, and you have the chance to make corrections.
You can also specify whether previously existing
entries should be overwritten or preserved.
Export
Phonebook
External storage of all or certain entries in the phone-
book as a comma-separated file (.csv).
Export Button
Assignment
The external storage of those Speed Dial / Shortcut
assignments, which you have created.
Import Button
Assignment
The external loading of Speed Dials / Shortcuts, which
have already been defined. Buttons currently occupied
will be overwritten.
Show Contact
You can show an Outlook Contact or create a new one
for the current call.
Journal entries
You can create a journal entry in Outlook for the
current call.
Redial List
Shows a list of the last numbers you called.
Phonebook
You can store numbers in the phonebook, and dial
them directly from it (see chapter 7.4.13,
Phonebook , page 101).
Call up caller list
The Caller List stores the numbers of all incoming calls
(see chapter 7.4.14,
Caller List , page 106).
Conversation
Recording
You can record calls and listen to the recording later
and, if necessary, send it as an e-mail (see chapter
7.4.20,
Conversation Recording , page 113).
Recorded Calls…
Displays a list of your recorded calls. You can listen to
recordings in this list, and execute various actions.
