 Microsoft Outlook – Telephoning with LANCOM Advanced VoIP Client
This is how you define the behavior of Outlook Contacts and the Out-
look Journal
햲
Start Outlook 2000/XP.
햳 Then, under “Tools | Options...”, select the “LANCOM Advanced VoIP Client”
tab.
햴 From the dropdown list "Show contact" select the option
 “Do not show” to disable notification by Outlook Contacts, or
 “Show on all calls” to search in Contacts for all incoming calls and, if
necessary, to display them.
햵 From the dropdown list “Unknown caller” select the option
 “No action” in order not to create an Outlook Contact for the caller, or
 “Create new contact” to create a new contact in Outlook Contacts.
햶 To configure the Journal for incoming calls, select the option
 “No action” in order not to create journal entries in the Outlook Journal for
