5.11 Transfer without accepting
If you are receiving a call, you can transfer this call to another subscriber
without accepting the call. You can use the functions in the line's shortcut
menu for this, or the Drag & Drop function if a corresponding speed dial has
been configured.
This is how you transfer a call without accepting
You receive a call, the line is ringing.
햲 Click with the right mouse button on the Line.
A shortcut menu will open.
 Click on "Transfer to Number" to transfer the call to another subscriber. You
can then enter the number of the subscriber or dial from the LANCOM
Advanced VoIP Client phonebook.
The call is then immediately transferred.
Or
햲 Drag the line button with the incoming call by Drag & Drop to a configured
speed dial.
The call is then immediately transferred.
5.12 How do I telephone with several subscribers
simultaneously (Conference)?
LANCOM Advanced VoIP Client allows you to speak to several subscribers at
the same time in a conference.
5.12.1 Starting a Conference
If you have at least two lines with the state “Active” or “On Hold”, you can
start a conference between yourself and both of these subscribers.
This is how you start the conference
Requirement: You have at least two lines with the state of “Active” or “On Hold”.
햲 Click on the button “Conference”.
