LANCOM Advanced VoIP Client
Logon and Logoff
This is how you start LANCOM Advanced VoIP Client
In the Start menu under "Programs", select the option "LANCOM Advanced
VoIP Client".
LANCOM Advanced VoIP Client will be started. The logon to your configured
provider will be executed. If you have configured several user accounts, you
will be logged on for all available accounts.
After registration with the provider, the full scope of LANCOM Advanced VoIP
Client is available to you. It is now possible for you to receive incoming calls
and to make outgoing calls.
If you have not configured an active account, the configuration dialog will be
called directly after LANCOM Advanced VoIP Client is started. For further
information please refer to chapter 9.4,

To check whether your logon was successful, you can call up the message log
(see
Show Message Log
,page17).
If you are not logged on with any provider (because of incorrect logon data
or network problems, for example), the LANCOM Advanced VoIP Client
symbol will be grayed out in the taskbar.
When you quit LANCOM Advanced VoIP Client, you will automatically be
logged off from your provider. Incoming calls will then no longer be
transferred to you. The treatment of calls coming in for you while you are
logged off depends on the procedure of your provider.

Reregister
Your accounts will be registered automatically when LANCOM Advanced
VoIP Client is started. You can start the logon process manually, e.g. after you
have changed your configuration. In the "File" menu, select the option
"Reregister SIP Accounts".
This is how you reregister your accounts
In the "File" menu, select the option "Reregister SIP Accounts".
LANCOM Advanced VoIP Client will be registered at all your available accounts.
