D.5 Swyx Headset Cable K411
If Swyx Headset Cable K411 is recognized by LANCOM Advanced VoIP Client,
the Sound Wizard will not be started.
LANCOM Advanced VoIP Client uses the headset
for voice input and output
for ringing sound output, if no other ouput option (soundcard) is
available.
The "mute" button for the microphone and the headset speakers and
the volume controle (+/-) are supported.
These key functions are controlled directly from the headset, the LANCOM
Advanced VoIP Client software will not display, e.g. the state "mute".
D.6 Headset Cable GN8120
If Headset Cable GN8120 is recognized by LANCOM Advanced VoIP Client,
the Sound Wizard will not be started. LANCOM Advanced VoIP Client uses
the headset
for voice input and output
for ringing sound output, if no other ouput option (soundcard) is
available.
The adapter has four different function keys:
Button Function
Blue switch Volume
controls the Volume This controls the ouput currently in use.
Green
button
Hook off
The green button activates / deactivates the line depending on the
original state. The LED glows during a telephone call.
Red button Mute
Switches off the microphone. The corresponding LED will glow if
the microphone is off. The button has the same function as the
microphone symbol on the LANCOM Advanced VoIP Client interface. For

Redial
The button has the same function as the "Redial" button in LANCOM
