This is how you display the list of recorded conversations
햲
Go to the menu bar and click on “Lists” and select the option “Recorded
Conversations…”.
or
햲 Click with the right mouse button “Conversation Recording”.
햳 In the shortcut menu, click on the option “Recorded Conversations…”.
A list of the recorded conversations will be displayed.

This is how you play a recorded conversation
햲
Go to the menu bar and click on “Lists” and select the option “Recorded
Conversations…”.
A list of the recorded conversations will be displayed.
햳 Highlight the conversation you want.
햴 Click on "Play" to listen to the selected file. Click on "Stop" to discontinue the
output.
You will now hear the conversation via your PC’s speakers or in the handset.
This is how you export recorded conversations

Go to the menu bar and click on “Lists” and select the option “Recorded
Conversations…”.
A list of the recorded conversations will be displayed.
