If calls, that have been transferred to you without inquiry, should not be
forwarded, a waiting period of at least 20 seconds should be defined for this
Call Forwarding. Within this period the "Call transfer without inquiry" is then
returned and can now be transferred to another colleague..
7.4.20 Conversation Recording
LANCOM Advanced VoIP Client makes it possible to record telephone
conversations. When recording conversations, you can record the entire
conversation or only individual parts of the conversation. The caller is made
aware of the recording by a beep. You can switch recording on or off a
number of times during a call. The individual parts of the conversation will be
stored together in one file - this results in only one entry per call being added
to the list of recorded conversations.
The recorded calls will be stored in your user directory (e. g. C:\Documents
and Settings\<User Name>\Application Information\LANCOM Advanced
VoIP Client\LANCOM Advanced VoIP Client\PhoneClient\Recording) as a WAV
file.
You can edit the calls in the list of recorded conversations. You have the
following options:

 dial the conversation partner
 send an e-mail to the call partner, with information on the call (e.g. the
date, time and number) automatically copied into the e-mail
 export the recording (

 assign a ringing tone to the number of the call partner
 copy the caller's number into the Phonebook
 display the call partner's Outlook Contact or create a new contact
 delete individual recordings or the entire list.
 The “Conversation Recording” Button
During a call, you can click on the “Conversation Recording” button to record
the conversation which follows. A start signal and the animated button
signal that the conversation is being recorded. Clicking once again on the
“Conversation Recording” button will interrupt the recording.
