RECOMMENDED EQUIPMENT: Use airless pump with pressures of 1500‐2000 PSI.A fluid delivery of 1‐2
gallonsperminutewithaspraytipsizeof.026‐.035willbeadequate.Thehosesshouldbeatleast3/8"inside
diameter, and should be of the high pressure rated type.If the hose length is more than 50 feet, a larger
insidediameterwillberequired.
COVERAGE:PRODUCT MUST BE APPLIED AT 50 SQ.FT/GAL. IN AT LEAST TWO (2) COATS 24 HOURS APART
FOR A MINIMUM FILM THICKNESS OF 32 MILS DRY(About the thickness of 12 sheets of paper).Find your
square footage by multiplying the length of an area by the width of that area (i.e. 10 X 100 = 1000 sq. ft.
dividedby50sq.ft.=20X2COATS=40Gallonsofpr oduct).Applythefirstcoatbypouringcoatingontoroof
andspreadingitatarateof50sq.ft/gal.(32milswet).Avoidgoingtwiceoverthesamearea.Allow24hours
before applying subsequent coats applying them in the same manner as the first coat. A MINIMUM OF 2
COATSISREQUIREDWITHAFILMTHICKNESSOF32MILSDRY.
Steeperpitchedroofswillrequiremoreapplicationsif50SQ.FT/GAL.cannotbeachieved.
CLEAN‐UP:Cleanrollersorequipmentafterusewithwarm,soapywater.
DRYINGTIME:Approximately2–4hours.Curetimeiscontrolledbythicknessoftheappliedcoating,relative
humidityandtemperature.Allow24hoursdrytimebetweencoats.

