Thank you for choosing the Lakeland Electronic Steam Mop. The steam mop generates steam at a push of a button and uses the triple layered, steam activated microfibre pads to loosen and lift dirt. Its quick heat up time allows the mop to produce super-heated steam within 30 seconds. The steam sanitises floors, killing harmful germs without the need for harmful chemicals. The 7m flex allows easy use around the home with the back saver function on the handle allowing easy reach under furniture.

Important safety instructions When using the Lakeland Electronic Steam Mop, please follow these basic safety precautions. Please use caution when using the steam mop. Do not use outdoors. Do not leave the appliance unattended when plugged in.
Getting Started Assembly 1. Carefully unpack all the parts and remove any packaging. Do not plug in the mop until it is fully assembled and you have read all of the following instructions. 2. Fig 1: Slide the back saver handle (a) into the lower pole. Push the two tubes together until you hear them click into place. 3. Fig 2: Insert the assembled pieces into the steam mop base. Push together until you hear it click into place. Insert the cord into the cord clip on the shaft of the steam mop. 4.
Using your steam mop 1. Sweep or vacuum your floors before using your steam mop. 2. Pull and twist the quick release cord holder to unwrap the power cord completely. Plug in and the “On” button will flash blue. If your light doesn’t turn on, turn to the Troubleshooting section, page 8. 3. It takes about 30 seconds for the steam to be ready for use. Press the “On” button to activate the steam. The indicator light will then go from a flashing blue to a solid blue light. 4.

Electrical Connections THIS APPLIANCE MUST BE EARTHED This appliance is fitted with a fused three pin plug to BS1363 which is suitable for use in all homes fitted with sockets to current specifications. If the fitted plug is not suitable for your socket outlets, it should be cut off and carefully disposed of. To avoid an electric shock, do not insert the discarded plug into a socket. FITTING A NEW PLUG If for any reason you need to fit a new plug, the flexible mains lead must be connected as shown here.

Wichtige Sicherheitshinweise Bitte beachten Sie bei der Verwendung Ihres Lakeland elektrischen Dampfbesens diese grundsätzlichen Sicherheitsvorkehrungen. 18. Lassen Sie den Dampfbesen unabhängig von der Beschaffenheit des Bodens niemals für eine längere Zeit auf einer Stelle stehen, wenn das Mikrofasertuch noch angebracht ist. 19. Schalten Sie das Gerät nach der Verwendung aus, trennen Sie es von der Stromversorgung und entfernen Sie unmittelbar und vorsichtig das Mikrofasertuch. Verstauen Sie das Gerät nicht mit dem Mikrofasertuch, solange dieses noch feucht oder nass ist. 20.
Vor dem ersten Gebrauch Montage 1. Packen Sie alle Teile vorsichtig aus und entfernen Sie sämtliche Verpackungsmaterialien. Schließen Sie das Gerät erst im vollständig montierten Zustand an das Stromnetz an, nachdem Sie die folgende Anleitung durchgelesen haben. 2. Die Verwendung Ihres Dampfbesens 1. Fegen oder saugen Sie Ihre Böden vor der Verwendung Ihres Dampfbesens. 2. Ziehen und drehen Sie an der Schnelllösevorrichtung des Netzkabels, um dieses vollständig abzuwickeln. Beim Anschluss des Geräts an das Stromnetz leuchtet der „On“-Knopf blau auf. Sollte das Licht nicht aufleuchten, finden Sie mögliche Ursachen hierfür im Kapitel Fehlersuche auf Seite 17. 3. In ca. 30 Sekunden ist der Dampf im Gerät betriebsbereit.
