In that situation, when a pairing procedure is detected, a pincode request event packet is sent to the host
and the host responds with a CMD_PINCODE or CNF_PINCODE command as shown in the message
sequence diagram below (Figure 8-11). It responds with CNF_PINCODE if it is in the middle of making a
connection and a response for ‘make connection’ is still pending.
If the host does not send a pincode command, then the peer that initiated the pairing eventually timeouts.
