Phone book menu


 First read and observe the safety warnings on page 3 and the introductory information
and safety warnings on page 27.
The telephone book shown on the instrument cluster display is a copy of the telephone book from the
mobile telephone.
Function
Steps
Dial a number from
a telephone book
entry
– In the telephone menu, select the telephone book.
– Use the β and χ buttons to select the desired telephone book entry. Press
and hold the buttons to scroll through the book by letter.
– Select the required number ()

– Confirm the selection by pressing the ε button on the multifunction steering
wheel once or by pressing the OK button twice. This number will be dialled.
Change voice tags
for the voice con-
trol function

– Please ensure that there is no background noise when recording voice tags
and avoid interference noise. A maximum of 30 voice tags can be recorded.
– Select the telephone book entry for which the voice tag is to be changed
from the Telephone book.
– Select Voice tag.
– Select Record and wait until you hear a tone. Then say the name you wish
to use to call up the entry via voice control. The recording will end automati-
cally and the name recorded will be played back.

– In the Telephone book menu, select a phone book entry for which the
voice tag is to be played back or for which the altered tag is to be reset.
– Select name of tag to be played back or reset.
– Select Tag.
– Select and confirm Play back or Reset.
Call lists menu


 First read and observe the safety warnings on page 3 and the introductory information
and safety warnings on page 27.
In the Call lists menu, you can view lists of the last numbers dialled, missed calls and calls re-
ceived. The number of entries is limited to 20.

When a mobile telephone is connected, a maximum of ten entries are copied to the top of the list from
the mobile telephone.

• Select a list.
• Mark a list item.
• Press the ε button on the multifunction steering wheel to dial the number.
