Function Steps
Assigning a speed dial
button

– In the telephone book menu, select a telephone book entry.
– Select the telephone number which you would like to assign to a speed
dial button.
– Select Speed dial.
– In the menu, select a button on the vehicle keypad  page 20 as the
speed dial button. The speed dial button 1 on the vehicle keypad is
always allocated to the voice mailbox number.
– Confirm your selection.
Recording voice tags for
the voice control function
– Please ensure that there is no background noise when recording voice
tags and avoid interference noise. A maximum of 15 voice tags can be
recorded.
– In the telephone book menu, select a telephone book entry.
– Select a telephone number for which you would like to record a voice
tag.
– Select Voice tag.
– Select Record and wait until you hear a tone. Then say the name you
wish to use to call up the entry via voice control. Repeat the name if
prompted to do so by the system. The recording will end automatically
and the name recorded will be played back.
Playing or deleting voice
tags for the voice control
function
– In the telephone book menu, select a telephone book entry.
– Select the telephone number with the voice tag you would like to play
back or delete.
– Select Voice tag.
– Select Play or Delete and confirm your selection.
Copying the telephone book of the mobile telephone manually
During the pairing procedure, the telephone book entries on the SIM card and the telephone book on the
mobile telephone

are loaded into the memory of the PREMIUM mobile telephone provision.
The mobile telephone's telephone book can also be copied to the memory manually to update the stored
copy  page 44, Settings menu.
Business card (vCard)
The PREMIUM mobile telephone provision enables you to receive and read business cards, also known
as vCards, and store them in the telephone book

. They can be received as a message or via Bluetooth. To
receive a business card via Bluetooth, the PREMIUM mobile telephone provision must be set to visible
 page 42.
Before storing, the system will check whether there is enough memory capacity in the telephone books of
the PREMIUM mobile telephone provision and the mobile telephone, and also whether the mobile tele-
phone can store in this format. If all three conditions are met, the business card will be stored in the
mobile telephone and the telephone numbers will be stored in the telephone book of the PREMIUM
mobile telephone provision.
