Three-button module
 First read and observe the safety warnings on page 14 and the information and safety warnings
on page 18.

Using the i and  buttons, you can call the breakdown and service centre of the Volkswagen Service
Call Centre. The system automatically connects you with the service centre of your home country.

Answer, reject or end a call.

2 seconds.
Information call
Information on the Volkswagen brand and on
selected value-added services relating to traffic and
travel  page 25.

Breakdown call
Assistance in the event of a breakdown from the
Volkswagen dealership network  page 25.
Press  . Bluetooth
Make the mobile telephone provision visible to
Bluetooth devices.
Press  . Mute
Mute the microphone in the vehicle during a tele-
phone call or cancel muting. The red LED in the
three-button module indicates that the microphone
is muted  Fig. 4.
